- Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by 1010Genome Pte Ltd (“1010Genome,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore, specializing in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics analysis.
1.2 By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
2.1 1010Genome is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. Our data processing practices comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
2.2 We collect, process, and store personal data only for specified and lawful purposes. Your consent will be obtained before processing personal data, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
2.3 Personal data will be processed based on the necessity for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of vital interests, consent, the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or the legitimate interests pursued by 1010Genome or a third party.

- Services and Responsibilities
3.1 1010Genome provides NGS sequencing and bioinformatics analysis services. The results and deliverables of our services are provided on an as-is basis.
3.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete sample information. 1010Genome shall not be held liable for errors or discrepancies arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
- Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the results and deliverables of our services are owned by 1010Genome.
4.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the results and deliverables for your internal purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1 1010Genome shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
5.2 Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
- Miscellaneous
6.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1010Genome and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
6.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
